VALVE MANIFOLD PANEL (vmp)

A VMP (Valve Manifold Panel) is a gas control panel typically used for inert process gases. The Valve Manifold Panels (VMP) take high pressure bulk gases and distribute them to various locations at the desired flow rates and pressures. They are widely used in many applications and industries including semiconductor, pharmaceutical and R&D applications.

The Valve Manifold Panel (VMP) offers a wide range of configurations depending on purity, flow rates, delivery pressure and more. A single panel can range from a single point of use gas stick up to 20-way arrangements. 

These leak tight gas delivery systems can include isolation valves, filters, pressure reducing regulators & gauges, mass flow meters/controllers, transducers, heat transmitters, excess flow valves as well as pneumatic ESO (emergency shut off) valves.

Fully Tested and Certified

All gas control equipment is fully tested using one of our three helium mass-spec leak detectors, where leak rates down to a level of 5×10-10 mbar l/sec can be detected.

When resistance to positive pressure is a concern, we subject the final assemblies to a stringent pressure test, either in the form of a functional snoop test or a pressure drop test.
